Aus Gutters reviews
We are a local Perth gutter team, licensed and insured, quoting free and getting out the same day where we can, and every review on this page is from a real Perth customer, published as written.
- Licensed and insured
- Free, no-obligation quotes
- Same day where possible
- Perth metro, north and south of the river
This is where reviews of Aus Gutters from Perth homeowners live, each one published as the customer wrote it. There are none here yet. We would rather show you an empty page than five-star quotes we cannot stand behind.
Once Aus Gutters has a verified Google Business Profile, we will link to it from here so you can read reviews at the source and leave your own. Until then, the best guide to how we work is what we hold every job to.
What we hold every job to
Every gutter clean, repair, replacement, installation, guard fitting and roof plumbing job is held to the same four points. Our promise is short: Satisfaction guaranteed.
- Licensed and insured: our team on your roof holds the licence or registration its work requires in Western Australia and carries public liability insurance. Ask to see both.
- A free quote before any work starts: you see the price in writing and decide in your own time. Nothing is booked until you say so.
- Local to you: a Perth team that already works your side of the river and knows the local roofs, the leaf litter, the coastal sand and what a June front does to a blocked gutter.
- Done properly and tidied up: falls checked, joints sealed, every downpipe running, and the cut-offs and debris taken away.

Nothing on this page is invented. If you see a review here, it is real.
Had a job done by Aus Gutters?
Tell us how it went. Good or bad, a short review with your first name and suburb helps the next Perth homeowner decide, and tells us what to keep doing and what to fix.
Service areas
Gutter services north and south of the river
We work across Perth metro, north and south of the river, from the coast to the Darling Scarp. These are the suburbs people ask about most.
How to read gutter company reviews in Perth
A review tells you whether a company turned up when it said it would, did what it quoted and left the place tidy. It cannot tell you whether the people on the roof were licensed and insured, so check that yourself with any Perth gutter company, ours included. And because gutter work is roof work, sealing joints that have to hold through the winter fronts from June to August, it helps to know what a good job looks like before you read anyone's reviews, or write one.
Building and Energy, the WA building regulator, publishes plain advice for homeowners on contracts, deposits and what to check before work starts. It is written for bigger jobs than gutters, but the principles carry over. Read Building and Energy's advice on building or renovating your home.
What a review can tell you
Look past the star rating and read for specifics. A useful review says what the job was (a clean, a repair, a full replacement, gutter guards), roughly where the home is, whether the price on the day matched the quote, and what the gutters did in the next rain. One review that names a suburb and a service is worth more than a dozen that say only that the team was lovely.
Read the bad ones too. What matters is what happened next: whether someone came back and fixed it.
What a good gutter job looks like
You can see a good gutter job from the ground and hear it in the first rain. The runs hold a straight line with a steady fall to each downpipe, with brackets close enough that a full gutter does not sag between them. Joints are riveted and sealed, not held with silicone alone. Water leaves at the bottom of the downpipe, not over a shopfront door or into the sand beside the footings.
After the first winter there is no rust along the bottom of a run and no movement at the brackets. Where gutter guards were fitted, you have stopped clearing leaves by hand and the birds have moved on. And a good tradesperson told you what else they saw up there, such as a valley likely to leak next winter, without pushing you to fix it that day.
Checks you can do after the first rain
Most of what a review praises or complains about shows up in the first decent downpour.
- Walk the house while it is raining: every downpipe should be running and no corner or join should be dripping or overflowing.
- Sight along each run from the end: it should be straight, with the fall towards the downpipe and no bellies where water will sit.
- Look at the ground beside the footings for washouts or pooling, the sign of a downpipe discharging where it should not.
- Check the yard and the gutters for cut-offs, rivets, silicone tubes and leaf sludge. A tidy site is part of the job.
FAQs
Review questions
Why are there no reviews on this page yet?
Because we only publish reviews we can verify. We ask every customer for a short review once the job is done, and each one goes up here as written, good or bad, with a first name, suburb, star rating, source and date. A page of unnamed five-star quotes would be easy to fill and tell you nothing, so we wait for the real thing.
Where can I leave a review for Aus Gutters?
For now, call us on 08 7078 7023 or use the contact page. Tell us how the job went, good or bad, and we publish it here with your first name and suburb, as you wrote it. Once a verified Google Business Profile is live you can leave a review there too, and we will link to it from here.
Do you show a star rating or an overall score?
Not until there are enough real reviews for one to mean anything. An average built on a handful of reviews, or on none, is misleading, so there is no rating badge on this site and no score sent to search engines. When a genuine score exists it will appear here with the number of reviews behind it.
What happens if I am not happy with the job?
Call us and tell us what is wrong. We come back, look at it with you and put right what needs putting right. We would rather hear about a problem the week it happens than read about it in a review a month later.
